Cancellation Policy:

All training purchases are final. 100% refunds are not issued; however, should the

participant wish to cancel the purchased training at least 48 hours before the event,

50% of the non-refundable monies may be used towards the purchase of a future

training through Willow’s Crown. The purchaser is asked to mention this policy when

purchasing the next training in order to receive the fore-mentioned discount.

Many of our workshops are already recorded and in our home study section. If the live

event involves hands-on experiential activities, the home study portion will be LESS

CEs than the live event. If a student is unable to attend a purchased live event and it is

offered in our home study section, the student may request to substitute the training for

The WIllow’s Crown’s physical training facilities are handicap accessible. Trainings are

mindfully created with visual images to help inform auditory information. Closed Caption

is accessible from ZOOM if needed. Please let the instructor know if you need

The Willow’s Crown Grievance Policy

The Willows Crown strives to create reliable, well researched workshops to further

enhance your education. If for any reason you have a complaint about a training, the

instructor or any portion of your experience with The Willows Crown, we ask that you

please bring this to our attention either verbally or in an email

The owner Gabrielle Anderson will work with you and will make every attempt to resolve

your grievance in a fair and timely manner. Gabrielle can be reached at

The Willow’s Crown Meditation Studio and Training Facility, llc (WC) is approved by the

Association for Play Therapy (APT) to offer continuing education specific to play

therapy. APT Approved Provider 19-587. WC is approved by the National Board for

Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP

No. 7308). WC is responsible for the programs. If satisfaction for a complaint is not

obtained by communicating with Gabrielle Anderson or the instructor, students have the

right to reach out to either credentialing site at the contact info listed below.
