All training purchases are final. Full refunds are not available.
If you need to cancel your registration at least 48 hours before a live event, 50% of your payment may be applied toward a future Willow’s Crown training. Please mention this policy when registering for your next training to receive the credit.
Many workshops are recorded and available in our On-Demand library. Please note: if the live event involves hands-on experiential activities, the On-Demand version may offer fewer CE hours than the live event.
If you are unable to attend a live training you have purchased, and an On-Demand version is available, you may request to substitute your registration at no cost by emailing [email protected]
Accommodations for the Differently Abled
The Willows Crown: Center for Creative Training,llc facilities are fully accessible. Trainings are designed with multiple learning modalities in mind, using visual images, auditory information, and hands-on activities. Zoom Closed Captioning is also available.
Assessment Flexibility:
We recognize that not all learners demonstrate knowledge in the same way. For this reason, our continuing education trainings include a variety of exam formats:
Multiple-choice exams (with a PDF guide to use while attending the training)
Essay based writing prompts viewed by the instructor (On-Demand only).
Verbal group processing of info presented (implemented in small groups to insure participation).
Each course specifies the type of assessment required. All assessments are designed to measure achievement of the stated learning objectives, ensuring compliance with APT and NBCC standards.

The Willows Crown: Center for Creative Training is committed to offering reliable, well-researched, and high-quality trainings to support your professional development. If you have a concern about a training, instructor, or any part of your experience, please bring it to our attention either verbally or in writing to [email protected].
Gabrielle Anderson, LMFT, RPT-S, will review your grievance and make every effort to resolve it fairly and in a timely manner.

Provider Statement
The Willows Crown: Center for Creative Training (formerly Willow’s Crown Meditation Studio & Training Facility, LLC) is approved by the Association for Play Therapy (APT) to offer continuing education specific to play therapy. APT Approved Provider 19-587. Willow’s Crown is also approved by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) as an Approved Continuing Education Provider (ACEP No. 7308). Willow’s Crown is solely responsible for all aspects of its programs.
